The Galaxy A57 arrived in March this year, just a month after Samsung launched the Galaxy S26. But with the Galaxy S27 expected to launch soon, we might witness Samsung’s next-generation top mid-tier device move up in the timeline. Even though the Galaxy A58 may not arrive for a few more months, leaks suggest Samsung is pushing it closer to production. Last month, we learned about the (lack of) changes to the Galaxy A58’s cameras, and a newer leak reveals another disappointing facet of the upcoming phone.
The Galaxy A58 was recently certified by China’s 3C certification body (via @ZionsAnvin on X), and the certification reveals the charging rates the device supports. As per the listing, the Galaxy A58 will support a maximum charging speed of 45W.
